Muscular strength shows the strength of our body that is why we should work out to make our muscular strength. There are lots of ways to increase the strengthens but I am going to share some best techniques that will help you a lot how to improve your muscular strength.
Exercises for Muscular power
Follow these exercises for how to improving your muscular strength–
- Push-ups- push-ups is one of the best technique to increase your muscle power. You can do this 2 times a day.
- Lifting weight- Lifting weight is also an awesome technique but do not lift very much weight, in the beginning, you can starts with 5kg. After some time you can increase it.
- Climbing on stairs- When you climb on stairs your muscles will move continuously that’s why it makes our muscular strength.
- Squat- 2 sets of 15 to 25 reps. It is the fastest technique of muscular exercise. Make it your hobby.
- Full Press-up- put your both hands underneath your shoulder with your arms fully extended, keep your legs straight and knees off the floor. Keep your back and legs straight all the time push back up and repeat.
- Plank- For starting, lie flat down on your stomach with your legs flat and upper your body hanged up by your forearms. Tight your lower back with your shoulder muscles spread your hips off the ground. Hold them as long as you can ( hold it for 30 to 50 seconds) and then release, that completed one set. Do it at least 5 times. After ending your 5 rep, your arms should be shaken. This is the best technique.
- Sit-ups- To start sit-ups lie down flat on your back and your legs bent with your feet flat on the ground. Place your hands beneath your neck, and your elbows should be out the sides. Tightening your stomach muscle and raise your torso up to flush your thighs protest your urge for using momentum to take your body up and move your body down with controlled motion to increase your muscle use. Do 5 sets of 25 reps.
- Dance- Dance if you can because we can also increase muscle power by dancing. Because our entire body moves or shakes while dancing. So it is like enjoying and exercising.
So these are some best exercises for how to improve muscle strength. This is my life experience I have applied it for myself and believe me it really works, but before starting any exercise I would like to suggest you that consult a doctor he will guide you in which one exercise is more suitable for you to do.
