Fruits are the best source of giving us immediately energy. Some fruits that are good for health-

1. Apple- Apple is one of the most healthy food in the world which gives us vitamin C. Some time when we feel little bit hungry we should immediately take this awesome fruit and doctor says if you take one apple daily you will not need doctor.

2. Bananas- Banana is one of the most powerful fruit in the world for healthy food. Which gives us vitamin B6 and fiber. If you want to make your body perfect fit you should take 2 bananas with milk in the morning before having anything .

3. Orange- If you are going outside I will suggest you that you should always carry some oranges with you because it gives us glucose and also vitamin C.

4. Mangos- Mango is one of the best fruit in the world for healthy food. Which gives us Vitamin A and C that also contains some B6, Iron, calcium, and Vitamin E. Mango is the fruit that is full of energy.

5. Pomegranate– Pomegranate is a good fruit for healthy food. Which contains vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin K and potassium. If you want to make blood in your body quickly Pomegranate is one of the best source in the world.

1.Potatoes- We all know very well about potatoes it is one of the best source for healthy food. Which contains fiber, potassium, vitamin C and Vitamin B6. We can make various type of recipes of potatoes.

2. Green PeasGreen Peas is one of the tasty  vegetable in the world. Which gives us lot of vitamins like vitamin K, vitamin C, and Vitamin A. Green Peas is also good for diet.

3. Carrot- The Carrot is a vegetable that known as a root vegetable. It is full of nutrients and vitamins, it is also good for diet. Carrot is also good of eyes and making blood in the body. It Contains vitamin K, fiber, potassium, and antioxidants.   

4. Kale- Kale is a vegetable that contains lot of vitamin like vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, Vitamin B6, calcium, potassium and manganese. Now you can think that how powerful vegetable is kale which can give us instant energy.

5. Broccoli- Broccoli is also best vegetable in the world for good health that can be used for healthy food. Which provides vitamin C, fiber, and potassium. It helps us to fight from damaging  body.

1. Dates- Date is one of the best dry fruit in the world having lot of vitamins and energy. If we eat one date in a day that would be better than eating hundred apple in a day. It contains vitamin A, vitamin B, folate, vitamin C, vitamin E, and vitamin K, and also minerals calcium, iron etc.

2. Coconuts- We all know about coconut very well coconut is a kind of dry fruit which gives us instant energy. It contains vitamin C, vitamin E, Vitamin B1, B3, B5 and vitamin B6 including minerals like iron, sodium, calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium. It is good for healthy eating food.

3. Almonds- Almonds are a source of vitamin E, magnesium, protein along with minerals like fiber, and antioxidants.
