10 tips for eye care-
Don’t wake up late at night- Waking up late at night is not good for eye health because if we don’t take proper nap our eyes start getting red, vision irritation, fluttering, etc. These problems can create a major issue in our vision. So get a good night’s sleep.
Exercise- When we do exercise it improves blood circulation, which improves the levels of oxygen to the visions and it removes the toxins. So exercises are the best option for eye health.
Don’t smoke- If you usually do have the habit of smoking avoid it as soon as possible because smoking exposes our vision to large levels of oxidative stress. When the connection has not been clearly identified between the things that mean smoking increases our risk for the variety of health conditions that affect our eyesight.
Don’t use devices very much- In this age of modern time, people are involving in the different types of devices like smartphones, android tablets, laptops, smart TV, etc. But they don’t know to get involved in it how harmful for their eyesight. Because devices spread ultra valet beams that directly affect our us which is very harmful to eyesight. So keep maintaining distance from devices.
Some other tips for using devices-
- Keep your distance from the computer screen within 22-24 inches.
- Use eye care protection light while using the phone at night.
- Take a break every 15 minutes focusing on an object for 20 seconds
- Close your eyes repeatedly for 10 seconds.
- Use glasses recommended by eye care doctor while using devices.
- Use eyedrops suggested by the doctor for irritated and dry eyes.

Eat with proper diet- Eating with a balanced diet is very important for eye health. For a healthy diet you can choose foods that are rich in vitamins and antioxidants like green vegetables, and fish because this type of foods carries a lot of vitamins A and C which helps to improves eyesight. Socially Salmon fish contains essential omega 4 fatty acids which are most important for the health of the macula that is a central part of the retina.
Visit your eye care doctor- If you do have any vision problems do visit your eye care doctor he will guide and treat you to overcome such kind of conditions. In this modern time, eye disease problems are getting increase very quickly 25 to 50 years old people even young and children are also involved in it. That’s why we need a good eye care doctor. And don’t visit anyone consults a qualified and experienced doctor.
Wear sunglasses- We can protect our vision from ultra valet beams that directly affects our vision by wearing sunglasses. Sunglasses cover our entire eyes so wear it while going outside it will protect your vision.
Use safety eyewear- If you are a player of sports like cricket, hockey, tennis games, which can lead vision injuries so I would like to suggest you use safety eyewear like protective goggles, and hamlets while playing sports games. You can protect your eyesight by wearing them.
Get regular eye exams- If you are having any vision problems get regular check-ups and exams by visiting your eye care doctor that will help you heal such kinds of conditions.
